Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to RRB Enterprises. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase from our website.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product includes all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice.

Products that show signs of use, installation, physical damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or installed electrical products
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items returned without original packaging

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • Our team will verify the issue and arrange replacement or refund if approved.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement for eligible products if:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product was damaged during shipping

Replacement is subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers may need to ship the product back to us unless reverse pickup is available.
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.
